Having grown up in her Mother’s full-service beauty salon, it’s no surprise that Ginny followed in her beautiful footsteps! Upon attending Cosmetology School in Newark, NJ and opening and operating her own Dunellen-based studio, Ginny immersed herself in working with both hair and nails– ultimately diving fully into the nail industry, as she’s always been intrigued by the artistry and uplifting nature of the craft. From there, she continued her industry journey with Creative Nail Design, where she began working as an Educator for the company, attending trade shows such as IBS New York, partaking in their Boot Camp series, and playing a part as an artist at high-end NYC fashion shows. Coming from an incredibly creative and hardworking Dominican family, Ginny infuses that Caribbean flair (as she has dubbed it!) into each of her extraordinary creations.

It’s been over six years since Ginny has settled in at her Asbury Park salon with her husband (and business partner!) Charles– surrounded by and working alongside a community of folks whom she just loves. When she’s not crafting hand to toe works of true art for her clients, she can be found exercising with Charles and their four beautiful dogs, scoping out the most delicious restaurants (big foodie!), and traveling.

After twenty years in the healthcare industry owning a consulting company and a nurse staffing agency, Charles knew he was due for a change– and he could not think of a more satisfying one! Pivoting to what he considers an honor and privilege of being able to work with his best friend and wife, Ginny Sessions, he is beyond grateful.

Throughout the past seven years, Charles has honed his understanding and knowledge of the craft and been groomed into a customer service and nail expert (really, he is GOOD!) The best part of being in the salon, according to Charles? Watching the excitement and pure joy that the salon’s guests experience after Ginny works her magic.
